Acer Aspire One AOD255, AO721 and AO521 Netbooks for the US Market

Acer America has refreshed its Netbook line with three new Netbooks on the US Market, they are the Acer Aspire One AOD255, AO721 and AO521 Netbooks. The Acer Aspire One AOD255 was recently launched in Taiwan, it features a 10.1-inch LED-backlit display with a 1024×600 pixel resolution, it measures 1-inch thin, it is powered by a dual-core Atom N550 processor, integrated Intel GMA 3150 graphics card, a 250GB Hard Drive, and 1GB of DDR3 RAM.

The Aspire One AOD255 also offers other features including WiFi b/g/n connectivity, built-in 1.3 Megapixel HD Webcam, digital microphone, Ethernet LAN and a 6-cell battery which should last up to 8 hours on a work day. The Acer Aspire One AOD255 will be available for a price of $329.99 and there will also be a single-core version for $269.99.

The other two of the trio are the Aspire One AO721 and the Aspire One AO521. The Aspire One 721 features a 11.6-inch CrystalBrite LED-backlit display while the Aspire One 521 boasts a 10.1-inch display. They both come with AMD Athlon II Neo K125 processors, Radeon HD 4225 Graphics with 384MB of dedicated memory, 2GB/1GB DDR3 RAM, built-in webcam, WiFi connectivity, HDMI port, a 250GB Hard Drive for the Aspire One 721 and a 160GB Hard Drive for the Aspire One 521.

Expect to see the Aspire One 521 going for a price of $349.99 while the Aspire One 721 will be priced at $429.99.
