Acer has updated their Aspire One Happy Series of Netbooks. The series still carries a 10.1-inch LCD display with a 1024×600 pixel resolution, the series will be powered by a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N570 dual-core processor, an integrated Intel GMA 3150 graphics card, 250GB of hard disk storage and 2GB of RAM. It basically carries the same specs as its previous version however the series will now be available in different flavors, Blueberry Shake, Banana Cream, Papaya Milk and Strawberry Yogurt. So it still offers WiFi connectivity, optional 3G connectivity and runs the Windows 7 Starter OS, no pricing information has been found on the updated version of the Aspire One Happy Netbooks. It also comes with the option to run both the Google Android and Microsoft Windows 7 Starter Edition operating systems which is a great way to let users have a choice. I also like the “Water Ripple” design that they have added that reminds me of the Aspire One 722 Fusion Netbook.
