Acer Launches its new Revo RL100 Slim Computer on the US Market
After being available on the European market for a few months now, Acer has finally decided to grace its US customers with the Revo RL100 Slim HTPC. The Revo RL100 features a slim, sleek and compact casing that measures just one inch thick, it packs the power of a 1.3GHz Athlon II Neo K325 Dual-Core Processor, an Nvidia NG-ION graphics card, up to 750GB of Hard Drive and 4GB of RAM. The unit can be installed both horizontally and vertically, it comes with a few features including WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, an HDMI output that enables the user to stream content to an HDTV meaning it would make the ideal media hub, three USB 2.0 ports, a DVD or Blu-ray drive, a multi-card reader, plus their is the Acer clear.fi application that allows easy connectivity to other Acer devices and DLNA-compatible devices. Acer will be unveiling two different versions on the US market including the Revo RL100 with DVD for the price of $500 and the Revo RL100 with Blu-ray drive for $570.
