It seems as if that time is here again when all we are getting from press releases are eReaders all because Amazon may have a hybrid one coming. In addition to the unveiling of the Kobo eReader Touch Edition yesterday, Aluratek has also announced the coming of its Libre Air And Libre Touch eReaders that are expected to surface anytime now. These two new e-readers both comes from the company’s Libre lineup and both comes with WiFi connectivity. The Libre Air gets a 5-inch reflective light LCD display with e-paper technology while the Libre Touch gets a larger 7-inch color LCD display with touchscreen technology. Both eReaders comes with 100 free eBooks pre-loaded, they support multimedia content which includes music and photos in various formats; MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG 4(Xvid), Divx, H.263, H.264, RM/RMVB, WMV7/8/9, MKV, MOV, VOB, FLV, MP3, WMA, AAC, WAV and OGG as well as eBooks in EPUB, PDF, TXT*, FB2*, MOBI*, PRC*, RTF* (*non DRM) and images in JPG, BMP, GIF and PNG formats. They also comes with a 16GB microSD card and also offers a full web browser, the Libre Air And Libre Touch are going for $119 and $149, respectively.
