Archos announces the Arnova 7 Android Tablet for $99

Archos Arnova 7In addition to the Archos 101 G9 and the Archos 80 G9, the company also unveiled its Arnova 7 Android Tablet which will go for a suggested market price of $99. The Arnova 7 features a 7-inch wide resistive touch display that boast a native resolution of 800×480 pixel. The new budget-friendly tablet runs the Android 2.2 Froyo OS and has 4GB of on-board flash memory. It measures 193.3 x 120 x 12.6 mm weighs only 340 grams with its built-in Lithium Polymer battery.

Other specifications of the Archos Arnova 7 includes WiFi 802.11b/g/n connectivity, USB 2.0 ports, there is a microSDHC card slot that enables the user to expand the device memory up to 32GB, it supports HD 720p videos playback, it has a headphone jack when you want to listen to your videos privately or use the integrated speaker to share among friends.

The Archos Arnova 7 Tablet also comes pre-loaded with applications plus users will also have access to free and paid apps directly from the AppsLib app store which already comes integrated in the device.
