Asus has added its new and latest gaming laptop up for pre-orders, it is called the Asus ROG G74Sx gaming laptop. It was first unveiled at CeBit 2011 and is finally available for consumers to order ahead of time. The Asus ROG G74Sx gaming notebook comes with a 17.3-inch Full HD 1920×1080 display, it packs the power of Intel’s 2.0 GHz Core i7-2630QM Quad-Core Processor, it comes with two 750GB hard drives that has the RAID 0 configuration, Nvidia GTX 560M 3GB graphics card with DirectX 11 support and up to 12GB of RAM.
The specs listed above tells that it is an high-performance gaming laptop plus it also comes with other noteworthy specifications which includes Bluetooth 2.1 and WiFi 802.11b/g/n connectivity, it has a Gigabit Ethernet, an HDMI 1.4 output, an 8-in-1 memory card reader, one USB 3.0 port, a Blu-ray combo drive or burner, there is an integrated 2.0-Megapixel webcam and it also comes pre-loaded with Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit.
Just so you know it is available in two different versions, there is a 2D version that comes with a Blu-ray combo drive which goes for the price of $1745, and then there is another version that comes with 3D display, a Blu-ray burner and ships with a pair of 3D Vision glasses for $1979.
