ASUS Taichi Tablet Official Launch Delayed again

If you have been patiently waiting for the launch of the Asus Taichi dual screen Windows 8 powered hybrid ultrabook, prepared to be disappointed as the launch is once again delayed. ASUS made the announcement recently that the Taichi Tablet will future be delayed.

ASUS Taichi TabletA spokesperson for Asus confirmed to the PC World website that the new tablet has been delayed, but explained that shipping might still start in December. The company still has not released any specific reason for the delay of the anticipated tablet which was initially expected to be released back in October.

Just a reminder, the ASUS Taichi Tablet comes with dual-screens, its powered by an Intel Core i5 processor and 128GB SSD which goes by the model Taichi 21 DH51 for $1299, while there’s also another model by the name of Taichi 21 DH71 equipped with a Intel Core i7 processor and 256GB SSD storage priced at around $1600.
