We just received some details that the Asus Transformer Pad TF700 tablet is expected to be launched on the US market sometime next month and it’s cheapest model will retail for $499 a pop.
The Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF700 is expected to go on sale in the US on July 16th and it will be available in a 32GB version which will go for $499 and a 64GB version that will retail for $599 plus there will also be an optional keyboard dock that will go for the price of $149.
The Tranformer Pad Infinity TF700 comes equipped with a 10-inch IPS touchscreen display with a 1920×1200 pixel resolution, and both versions will be available as a WiFi-only model or a WiFi and LTE model. The WiFi-only units will be powered by an 1.6GHz dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor, on the other hand the WiFi and LTE models will be powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor.
The tablet also comes with a 8-megapixel camera on the back and a front-facing 2.0-megapixel camera as well. It also comes with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS.
