Asus U36 Ultra-Thin 13.3-inch Notebook PCIn addition to the P31S and the P41S, Asus also recently announced the U36 Ultra-thin Notebook PC. The U36 claims to be the world’s thinnest laptop to use the Intel Core i5 Processor, it gets a 13.3-inch LCD TFT display with a 1366×768 pixel resolution in a chassis that measures a mere 19mm thick and constructed from lightweight magnesium alloy with a nanometer coating that will keep your notebook clean by repealing dirt, water and fingerprints.

The new Asus U36 comes equipped with a GeForce 310M 1GB graphics card with Optimus technology, up to 500GB of hard drive storage, 4GB of RAM and Asus’ Super Hybrid Engine that manages the device’s energy consumption. It also comes with Bluetooth, a 5-in-1 card reader, USB 3.0 connectivity, WiFi 802.11b/g/n and a HDMI output. It is expected to debut on the UK market for the price of £699 in the colors of metallic silver or black.
