AT&T Expands its 4G LTE Coverage to 150 Million People

AT&T LogoAT&T is slowly expanding the coverage of its 4G LTE Service and their latest addition delivers to approximately 150 million people across the United States. This now doubles the amount of people the network covered at the beginning of the year, which means that the company is slowing trying to cover as much ground as Verizon who is leading the 4G LTE race.

In the recent weeks the carrier expanded its coverage a number of cities, they also announced that they are now covering 103 markets and more expansions can be expected before the end of the year. The carrier plans to invest $8 billion to deploy a 4G LTE network capable of covering 300 million subscribers.

– Columbus, Ohio
– Corvallis, Ore.

– Greater Mobile, Ala.
– Greenville, S.C.
– Jonesboro, Ark.
– Pensacola, Fla.
– Portland, Maine
– Saratoga & Saratoga Springs, N.Y.
– South Bend, Ind.
– Toledo, Ohio
