BLU Products out of Miami, Florida just announced the new VIVO 4.3 smartphone which the company is claiming to be the world’s first dual-SIM smartphone to have a Super AMOLED Plus touchscreen display.
The VIVO Smartphone has a button-less front and elegant design, it is powered by a dual-core 1GHz Cortex A9 processor and runs the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS.
The new VIVO 4.3 comes equipped with a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus display with an 800×480 pixel resolution, there’s an 8-Megapixel camera on the rear with 720p HD video recording as well as a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera. There are two SIM card slots on the handset, which seems to be it’s major selling point and it supports dual-standby, meaning both SIMs are active at the same time to receive calls.
The smartphone comes with 4GB of internal storage, there’s a microSD card slot as well for expansion, it supports WiFi 3.0 and WiFi connectivity. The new VIVO 4.3 from BLU Products is expected to be launched on the US Market in September and it will go for the price of $249.99 per unit.
