Smartphone maker BLU has broken their barrier on how big they make smartphones, the company just announced its Studio 7.0., a smartphone with a huge 7-inch display and runs Android Operating system. It’s not the first 7-inch smartphone to hit the market but its definitely the most affordable, you can pick one up for less than $150.
The Studio 7.0. may come with a large display but it has low-end features, it comes fitted with a display that has a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels, powered by 1.3 GHz dual-core processor with ARM Mali 400 graphics, only 1GB of RAM, and a measly 8GB of storage.
Other features includes Bluetooth 3.0 and 802.11ac WiFi connectivity, a microSD card slot for storage expansion, a 2MP front-facing camera and an 5-megapixel rear camera with autofocus and an LED flash.
The budget-friendly smartphone will run Android 4.4 KitKat software, supports GSM HSPA+ networks and sold unlocked so you could use it on carriers like AT&T, T-Mobile and other GSM carriers in the United States.
