Canon has announced the launch of its latest camera from the G-series lineup of premium compact cameras, the PowerShot G3 X. The company will have the camera on showcase at the upcoming CP+ Camera and Photo Imaging Show 2015 which will be held at the Pacifico Yokohama Exhibition Hall in Japan, starting on February 12th.
The PowerShot G3 X prototype will be showcased at the event, showing off specifications such as its 1.0-inch sensor and 24-600mm 25x optical zoom lens all squeezed into an attractive and compact frame making it ideal for consumers who walks around more frequent than others.
According to the company, the PowerShot G3 X will be capable of producing images with beautifully blurred backgrounds, thanks to its large sensor and wide range of focal lengths. Canon didn’t reveal when the high-end compact camera would be available to the masses, but we’re hoping that we will have more details about the new camera during the CP+ Camera & Photo Imaging Show in the coming week.
