Contour has introduced its new Contour+ Camcorder that was designed specially for use on an helmet. It is the first hands-free video camera for the broadcast and prosumer markets. It comes with built-in Bluetooth connectivity which enables the user to maintain a connection with their mobile phone to create a wireless viewfinder. It comes with a 5-megapixel sensor that enables 1080p Full HD video recording, it offers a six-element glass lens, a 170-degree field of view, an adjustable white balance to dial-in details as well as an external 2.5mm microphone jack for quality audio capture while recording. The Contour+ also includes built-in GPS receiver which tracks the exact location, speed and altitude while shooting HD videos.
