Epson today announced its new BrightLink 455Wi Interactive Projector that will transform your wall, whiteboard or table into an interactive learning area. In order for the new BrightLink 455Wi to work it will need the wall mount or table mount which is sold separately. It is ideal for use in educational institutions which gives educators the opportunity to to meet the varied learning needs of their students whether is large or small groups. This ultra-short throw projector comes with standard features including a 2,500 lumens color and white light output, a native WXGA resolution, it support pen interaction, a Interactive Table Mode which works with the table mount to transform it into a learning center, it comes equipped with a wide leg base, locking wheels and height-setting mechanism for different sized presenters and there is a height-adjustable mobile cart.
The Epson BrightLink 455Wi also comes with EasyMP Monitor software that allows the projector to be used as a broadcast system to show customized images and alerts over the network, there is 3LCD technology which consumers 25 percent less electricity per lumen of brightness as found in most Epson Projectors. The new Epson BrightLink 455Wi is presently available for a price of approximately $2,199, the wall mount $519 and the height-adjustable mobile cart will be available in May for $1,499.
