Epson has once again unveiled two new portable projectors from its PowerLite Series, they are the PowerLite 1221 and PowerLite 1261W which are both aimed at small and medium-sized businesses. Like the recently launched PowerLite 1880 and 1850W, they also utilizes 3-chip 3LCD display technology with the 1221 model featuring an XGA resolution while the latter has widescreen WXGA resolution.
Both models offers a 2800 lumens brightness, they use E-TORL lamp technology which helps to extend the device’s lamp life of up to 5000 hours.
They also comes equipped with automatic vertical keystone correction, there is the Easy-Slide technology, an intuitive horizontal keystone adjustment slider for easy image alignment, there is an HDMI connector and they support USB Plug and Play which allows the user to instantly project video and audio from a PC or Mac via USB.
They are both expected to be launched in September, the PowerLite 1221 goes for $549 while the PowerLite 1261W goes for $649.
