Epson also launches a new home theater projector on the market, the PowerLite Home Cinema 710HD that comes with an affordable price tag. The projector features a sleek and compact design and will be available in white. It utilizes Epson’s 3LCD 3-chip technology, it promises a 1280x720p resolution, a 3000:1 contrast ratio and up to 2800 lumens of color and white light output.
Other specifications of the home theater projector includes a 1.2x optical zoom for positioning flexibility, automatic vertical keystone correction (+/- 30 degrees) and easy-slide horizontal correction for easy image adjustments. There’s also E-TORL lamp technology for optimum light uniformity and an extended lamp life of up to 5000 hours.
The projector also comes with easy-setup and will project at its full resolution just 3.5 to 35.5 feet from the wall or screen.
The PowerLite Home Cinema 710HD also comes with built-in speakers and provides component video, S-video, HDMI inputs and a USB 2.0 port for connectivity to your computer. Epson plans to release the new PowerLite Home Cinema 710HD in late-April for the price of $649.
