In addition to the X-S1 DSLR and the new FinePix S4500 and S4200, FujiFilm also released another stylish point and shoot from the FinePix series, the FinePix Z1000EXR. The FinePix Z1000EXR which is also known as the Z1010EXR on other markets comes with a super-stylish exterior that measures 18mm at its thickest point, equipped with 16-Megapixel EXR CMOS image sensor and a Fujinon 5x optical zoom lens.
The Z1000EXR features Wireless Image Transfer function that allows you to connect Android smartphones, tablets or iOS devices including the iPhone/iPad/iPod touch to the camera and upload images to social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter. There’s a 3.5-inch touchscreen LCD display for easy operation, it supports Full HD 1080p video recording using H.24 format and a host of advanced features including Face Detection with Tracking AF, Intelligent Digital Zoom function that can extend the zoom range to 10x without reduction in quality, EXR AUTO mode and the ability to prioritize light sensitivity with a 30% reduction in digital noise over its predecessor.
The new FinePix Z1000EXR Digital Camera will be available in the colors of pink, champagne gold, jade green and white but no pricing details were found.
