Another GPS device that was released at the CES 2011 is the Garmin d?zl series which was developed specially for Trucks. Two different models will be released in the series, the d?zl 560LT which is a lifetime traffic-enabled model that comes with notifications of traffic delays, road construction and even suggest detours around the delays. There is also the Garmin d?zl 560LTM that comes with lifetime map updates, it allows users to download the most recent updated maps and points of interest for four years.
Both models in the series comes with a 5-inch large touchscreen display, it has built-in loudspeaker, turn-by-turn directions, it will call-out the name of the street the vehicle is presently on, points of interest for trucks with The National Truck & Trailer Services (NTTS) Breakdown Directory, trucks speed limits, route planning and calculation with Garmin’s nüRoute technology.
Both the d?zl 560LT and d?zl 560LTM is expected to be released during the first quarter of 2011 for a price of $469.99 and $529.99, respectively.
