The GPS Watch is powered by a SiRFstarIV GPS receiver with Garmin’s HotFix technology which gives the watch the capability to quickly acquire and sustain satellite reception. The Garmin Forerunner 110 is water-resistant and comes in three stylish color combinations – black/gray, charcoal/red and gray/pink. It is valued at $250 and brings some advanced features to the table which includes displaying pace in one of two ways, averaged out either over the current lap/mile (if auto-lap is enabled) or over the duration of the run, plus it can also be considered to be a health gadget as it has a heart rate monitor which tells the user how hard they’re working while they exercise using the watch.

It has an internal battery which offers 8 hours use in GPS/training mode and up to three weeks in power-save mode.
