Garmin has another new Wrist-Mounted GPS device called the Garmin Forerunner 310XT. The Forerunner isn’t the first of its kind, there was the Garmin Forerunner 305 and 405, it is a GPS enabled training aid that uses GPS to track the distant that you have jogged or rode your bike.

The Forerunner 310XT kept all the great features from its predecessor Forerunner 305 and has more added. The new forerunner is waterproof and comes with wireless connectivity and longer battery life. With the new forerunner you also get Power, calories, heart rate, speed, distance and elevation readings while you workout.
