Gateway has introduce its new NV Series Notebooks that are powered by AMD Fusion platform. The notebooks in the NV Series gets a 15.6-inch Ultrabright LED-backlit displays with a 1366×768 pixel resolution along with other advances in technology. The flagship model in the series, the Gateway NV51B05u packs AMD’s E-350 processor, a Radeon HD 6310 graphics card and 3GB of RAM for a starting price of $469.99.
The NV Series also comes with multi-gesture touchpads, dedicated numeric keypad, up to 500GB of storage space, WiFi 802.11b/g/n connectivity, a 1.3 megapixels webcam, Gigabit Ethernet, a DVD burner, USB port, D-sub and HDMI outputs. They also will be more budget-oriented models such as the Gateway NV51B02u which will be powered by an AMD E-350 Processor and starts at $449.99. All notebooks in the series will come pre-loaded with Windows 7 Premium and Microsoft Office Starter 2010.
