Gigabyte has announced two more Ultrabooks, they are the U2442N and U2442V Ultrabooks. The new devices comes with an ultra-slim body and feature the same bold design, they measure in the range of 18.5mm to 20.5mm thick and weighs just 1.49kg so lugging around with the devices won’t be such a problem.
Both models comes with a 14-inch LED-backlit display which offers a 1600×900 pixel resolution, they are powered by Intel Core i5 and i7 processors, 2GB of VRAM, NVIDIA GeForce GT 640M 2GB graphics plus the option to opt for a speedy SSD, or a more roomy 750GB Hard drive.
Both the Gigabyte U2442N and U2442V Ultrabooks comes with connectivity options including USB 3.0, Bluetooth 4.0, optional Thunderbolt, and 2T2R Double Antenna Wi-Fi. There’s no word when the ultrabooks will be available in stores but more information will be available when they make their debut at CeBit 2012, in the coming week.
