Google Drive now offers Offline Editing and Automatic Saving

Google has rolled out a new update to their Google Drive Service which expands the services offline capabilities, the update now allows the user to make changes to their account while offline and also create new files.

Google DriveIf you’ve set up Google Drive offline, you can now create and edit drawings offline. In addition, all of your Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides will now be automatically available offline (space permitting), so you won’t have to worry about remembering that specific file before catching your flight!

In addition to the ability to edit files while offline, the Google Drive Service will make sure that all of your Google Docs, Sheets and Slides will be available offline, as long as you have enough space on your system.
