Taiwanese eBook company Greenbook just announced its new e-Reader called the EZRead Touch. The company is claiming that it is the world’s lowest-priced ebook reader to come equipped with touch support. The device comes with a 6-inch greyscale touchscreen display, it is powered by an 800 MHz Freescale iMX508 processor, 128MB of mDDR memory, 2GB of built-in storage for your books and a microSD card slot for extra storage capability.
The EZRead Touch e-Reader also packs a few essential features such as WiFi 802.11 connectivity enabling the user to download books while on the go, it comes with a micro USB port, it measures 114.1 x 166.6 x 10 mm, weighs in at 215 grams and has a 1,500 mAh battery to keep you reading through-out the day. The EZRead Touch e-Reader from Greenbook is presently available and goes for the price of $95, but even better news: the company has a similar device bearing the same specs but without a touchscreen coming for only $75. Greenbook say both models can be pre-ordered starting today.
