HP just announced that it has updated its 10.1-inch Netbook Series with both the HP Mini 210 and its HP Mini 5103. Both Series are now powered by an Intel Atom N550 dual-core processor, alongside the current Atom N455 and N475 options and they also get new designs. Other than the new processor the Mini 210 is available in in various color options including charcoal, crimson red, lavender frost, luminous rose and ocean drive. Specifications includes a webcam, DDR3 memory, microphone, options like a GPS and the Broadcom Crystal HD Enhanced Video Accelerator and starts at $329.
The HP Mini 5103 features an anodized-aluminum display enclosure with a brushed, espresso-colored finish, which was kinda expected at this Netbook was originally designed for business users, it features a 10.1-inch WSVGA LED display and as it was states above it is powered by an Atom N550 dual-core processor with current Atom N455 and N475 options as well.
It comes with up to 320GB of Hard Drive Storage, Broadcom HD video decoder card, WiFi connectivity, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR and a 6-cell battery that offers up to 10 hours and 15 minutes of battery runtime and is available in standard or touch-enabled versions. The HP Mini 5103 will start at $399.
