HP has announced a new budget-friendly notebook that retails for as little as $200, dubbed the HP Stream 11. It comes equipped with a 11.6-inch display and powered by an entry-level Intel Celeron N2840 Bay Trail processor making it the ideal device of those who just want to check social media accounts, check and send emails and other light browsing activities.
For such as low price, the HP Stream 11 has some noteworthy features such as 2GB of RAM, 32GB of flash storage and a SD card reader. Other features includes a one USB 3.0 port, one USB 2.0 port, HDMI port and a headset jack. The laptop might not be top of the line, but for only $200 its a pretty good deal for a laptop running Windows 8.1 operating system.
In addition to purchasing the laptop, owners also receives 1-year subscription to Microsoft Office 365 Personal with access to Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Access as well as 1TB of cloud storage for one year with Microsoft OneDrive.
