During the 2015 Consumer Electronics Show earlier this month in Las Vegas, HTC announced the Desire 826 Smartphone that features an ultrapixel front-facing camera as their most attractive selling point. The new Android smartphone comes fitted with an 5.5-inch Full HD display and packs the power of Qualcomm’s 1.7GHz Snapdragon 615 64-bit processor with 2GB of RAM.
The Desire 826 is the company’s first in the Desire series to feature an Ultrapixel camera upfront, it also features an 13MP camera on the rear, it comes with 16GB of internal storage and ships with Android 5.0 Lollipop and Sense 6.0 UI right out the box.
HTC also added Dolby Audio surround sound for music lovers, and its 2600 mAh battery should be just enough to get you through the day. The Desire 826 will be available in five color variants and start shipping in late-January to Asia-Pacific and other markets. The pricing details remains a mystery, we will keep you updated when information is available.
