HTC has announced its new and latest LTE Smartphone called the HTC Raider, which should be available on AT&T in the near future. The HTC Raider comes with a 4.5-inch qHD touchscreen display with a 540×960 pixel resolution, it is being powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor along with 1GB of RAM which should deliver a good user experience. There is a rear-facing camera with an 8-megapixel back-illuminated sensor, autofocus, an f/2.2 lens and 1080p HD video recording as well plus there is also a 1.3-megapixel camera on the front of the device for video chatting.
The Raider comes with 16GB of internal storage, it runs the Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS with HTC’s requisite Sense UI interface and a not so thin body that measures 67mm x 11.27mm (5.07in x 2.64in x 0.44in) and weighs a solid 163.8g (5.78oz). It will be released initially in the South Korean market, and its LTE has been tuned to work over there, running on the 850MHz band.
No pricing information has been announced for the new HTC Raider but it should be available from AT&T in the United States as well as the U+ Network in South Korea.
