HTC U Flagship makes an appearance on AnTuTu Benchmark database thus hinting imminent launch.
We have heard many rumors of HTC working on its next flagship smartphone dubbed HTC U, thanks to evleaks. We finally got confirmation from AnTuTu benchmark database.
AnTuTu results page revealed a high-end HTC CBP model and from its specifications it’s safe to say it is the HTC U Smartphone we have been hearing rumors about.
According to the leaked specifications, we can expect the HTC U Flagship to have a 5.5-inch screen with a 1440 x 2560 (QHD) resolution. The HTC U display will be using the Edge Sense gesture based system along the right and left of the screen.
Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset, the device also packs an Adreno 540 GPU and an 8-core CPU.
Other specifications includes 4GB of RAM, 64GB of native storage and a microSD card slot for expansion. Customers can expect a 12-megapixel main camera and a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
The upcoming HTC U flagship will run Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system out of the box. No hints on the pricing of the HTC U smartphone but we will keep you updated.
