Huawei announces the availability of its new 3G portable router, the Huawei E585 Portable 3G Router. The Router comes with its own OLED display that shows both the battery life, data use and connection as well. The router comes with a web-based setup page and can be configured from Linux PC, Macs and Windows OS as well.
The E585 can also do what the new HTC Evo 4G does, it can share its 3G connection over Wi-Fi with up to five other devices. It can also be used as a storage device with its microSDHC slot. The Huawei E585 Portable 3G Router will available in July for £50 which is approximately $74.
