Chinese Manufacturer Huawei will be at the upcoming CES 2011 where they are planning to launch its new IDEOS X5. It is an Android-Powered Smartphone that features a 3.8-inch capacitive touchscreen display with a 800×480 pixel resolution, a a 5-Megapixel camera with 720p HD video recording and autofocus, along with a front 0.3 Megapixel camera for video calling. Huawei is planning to unveil the new Smartphone on January 6th and the handset will be available in Hong Kong on 19 January for a price of HK$3000.
The IDEOS X5 will be powered by Qualcomm’s MSM7230 800MHz processor, it runs the Android 2.2 Froyo OS, it features WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, GPS Navigation and 4GB of internal storage. The IDEOS X5 Android 2.2 Smartphone is also expected to be launched in Europe and China soon as well.
