Intel-Powered Motorola RAZR i Smartphone launched in Brazil

Motorola has announced the official launch of the RAZR i Smartphone in Brazil which is powered by an Intel processor. The handset comes equipped with a 4.3-inch qHD Super AMOLED Advanced capacitive touchscreen display that supports 540 x 960 pixels resolution and gets a mighty powerful 2GHz Intel Atom processor with 1GB of RAM.

Motorola RAZR i SmartphoneIn addition to a 2GHz processor, the new RAZR i Smartphone gets 8GB of internal storage plus a microSD card slot that supports cards up to 32GB. There’s an 8-Megapixel camera on the rear of the handset that features autofocus, LED flash and the ability to record Full HD 1080p videos.

“An instant launch camera that takes 10 pictures in less than a second and Web pages that load blazingly fast on a device that’s the perfect balance of screen size that fits in the palm of your hand. RAZR i delivers as well the first Intel-fast processor in Latin America in a beautifully designed phone and extra-long battery life,” said Sergio Buniac, vice president, Motorola Mobility Brazil.

The Motorola RAZR i is now available in Brazil for the price of R$ 1,299 which is $640 USD or €490, it runs the Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system plus it has been confirmed to receive a Jelly Bean update soon after launch.
