JVC just released the new GZ-EX250 Full HD Camcorder that comes equipped with WiFi connectivity, which is just one of the company’s four WiFi-enabled 2012 Everio camcorders. Thanks to its WiFi connectivity, the camera has several useful functions such as Video email allowing the user to send 15-second video clips with a 640×360 pixel resolution directly from the Everio to up to eight email addresses, they will have the Live Monitoring feature that allows real time monitoring on a smartphone or computer of images taken with the Everio as well as Auto Photo Email automatically emails stills taken using Everio’s movement detection function to a computer or smartphone.
There’s also the smartphone application for iOS and Android devices that enables users with said devices to transfer photos and videos to a smartphone for quick sharing via the internet. The smartphone app also allows users to pair their handsets with the camcorder and use it as a remote control.
The new JVC Everio GZ-EX250 records Full HD 1920×1080 videos in AVCHD format and also packs a wide variety of advanced features such as Advanced Image Stabilizer for reducing camera shake, Intelligent AUTO mode, Smile Meter and Smile Shot, Pet Detection and Pet Shot, Time-Lapse REC & Auto REC and High-Speed Video Recording for Super Slow Motion Playback.
Other than its WiFi connectivity, the Everio GZ-EX250 comes with 16GB of internal storage plus it has a memory card slot that supports SD/SDHC/SDXC cards and an HDMI output for connectivity with a bigger screen.
