LG announced the newest member of it’s tablet family, the G Pad 8.3 LTE Tablet. The tablet features an HD display and will be available from Verizon Wireless.
We initially heard that the LG G Pad 8.3 could be making it’s way to the largest mobile carrier in the United States. Verizon Wireless has confirmed the rumors of them carrying the new tablet. The tablet will be available from it’s retail stores accross the U.S., as well as through its online store from March 6th.
Verizon will start offering the tablet for $99.99 along with a two year contract, a promotional price which will be available until March 10th. Afterwards the Verizon LG G Pad 8.3 LTE will go for the price of $199.99 accompanied by a two year contract.
LG’s G Pad 8.3 LTE comes equipped with a full HD IPS display, it packs the power of a 1.5 GHz quadcore Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of onboard storage. It also has a slot for microSD cards for expansion on storage, it runs the Android 4.2.2 and a 4,600mAh battery, which should take the user through the day.
