Its time for the annual Consumer Electronic Show (CES 2011) that is held in Las Vegas, this year one of the many new Consumer Electronics being showed off by LG will be the LW6500 CINEMA 3D TV that according to LG, does not require shutter glasses and images displayed on the LW6500 are entirely free of flicker. The LG LW6500 features 200Hz TruMotion, it has a LED-backlight with local dimming, it can convert 2D to 3D, it has a USB 2.0 port for media playback from connected USB storage devices.

The LW6500 CINEMA 3D TV also supports DivX Plus/HD video files, it offers 3D Light Boost which is a thin film covering the screen that shows 3D images at maximum brightness. The LW6500 is also WiFi ready and is also DLNA compatible.
