Along with the BX580 3D Blu-ray Player, LG also announced two new 3D HDTVs, the LX9900 and LX6900. Both are based on active shutter 3D technology and features a LED-backlit display. These ultra slim 3DTVs both come with integrated FreeView HD TV tuner, Intelligent Sensor and built-in invisible 10Wx2 speakers.
The LX9900 is available in 55-inch (55LX9900) and 47-inch (47LX9900) screen sizes with 960 LED lights and 864 LED lights respectively. It boasts TruMotion 400Hz, 10,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, Bluetooth connectivity and HDMI 1.4. On the other hand the LX6900 gets Edge LED-backlight, 8,000,000:1 Dynamic contrast ratio, 200Hz TruMotion and measures just 2.93cm thick.
Both LX9900 and LX6900 supports NetCast services, Wireless AV Link,DLNA and Eco Folwer. The former comes with two pairs of Active glasses while the latter gets only one pair.
