Motion Computing has released a new tablet PC that runs the Windows operating system, the Motion Computing F5t. The tablet is powered by an Intel 3rd generation Core i7 vPro processor, it has an integrated 2D barcode scanner, an RFID reader, a digital camera in addition to Bluetooth, WiFi and Gobi connectivity.
The Motion F5t tablet features a 10.4-inch XGA View Anywhere display with Projective capacitive dual-touch, it is protected by Gorilla Glass with LED Backlight and a 1024×768 pixel resolution. It has a rugged design with magnesium-alloy internal frame and Elastomer over-molding plus it also gets IP54 and MIL-STD-810G certification.
The chassis is highly sealed and chemical resistant, there’s an integrated 3.0 Megapixel camera and a front-facing web camera for video calling. The Motion F5t has a hot-swap battery feature, there’s 2GB of RAM and 64GB of SSD and the option to upgrade to 128GB.
