MSI has rolled out four new Notebooks from its F-Series of Notebooks. The new additions includes the 15.6-inch FX620, FR620 and 17.3-inch FX720, and FR720. All four new Notebooks packs the power of Intel’s Core i5 Sandy Bridge Processor along with a few of MSI’s own technology such as MSI’s Turbo Battery+ power-saving technology and the MSI’s GPU Boost technology which automatically switch between discrete graphics card. The FX620 and FX720 gets the NVIDIA GeForce GT520M discrete graphics card with 1GB of memory and an integrated graphics chip while the FR620 and FR720 gets a built-in Intel HD 3000 graphics card.
The FX620 and FR620 gets a 15.6-inch 1366×768 resolution display with LED Backlight, they get up to 500GB of Hard Drive Storage, while the FX720 and FR720 gets a 17.3-inch 1600×900 resolution display with LED Backlight, and basically the same storage options. Other specifications all four models share are WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v2.1 + EDR, MSI exclusive applications, such as Easy Face facial recognition software that protects your data biometrically, Gigabit LAN, a 4-in-1 card reader, DVD/Blu-ray combo drive, HDMI output, an integrated HD 720p Webcam, two USB 3.0 speakers and one USB 2.0 speakers. There has been no pricing information announced for these four new models from the MSI F-Series.
