Nexus Technology has announced its new wireless mouse that utilizes the company’s patented Silent Switch technology that was developed to eliminate the clicking sound that the device makes when a user presses either of the buttons. It gets the name SM-9000, it operates on the 2.4 GHz wireless band and will work up to 10 meters away from the connected device.
It features a 1600 dpi laser sensor, three buttons, an auto power save mode, a compact body that measures 10.2 x 5.9 x 3.6 cm and gets powered by two AAA batteries. The Nexus SM-9000 Silent Laser Mouse will be available in two models, the Nexus SM-9000B that will be available in only black and the Nexus SM-9000C that comes with a carbon finish. Both the SM-9000B and SM-9000C are expected to hit stores soon but no pricing information has been announced for either mice.
