Nintendo Wii U being dropped by UK retailer

Nintendo Wii UAsda, the UK Game Retailer decided to no longer stock the gaming console and no longer sell them in their stores. Well if you want to get the Wii U console in the UK, there are alternative retailers who still stock the console, plus Asda didn’t say that they will stop selling the device via their online store.

This is definitely not good news for Nintendo who has been struggling with their Wii U console, with Nintendo executives reportedly putting some of the blame on the 2011 Tohoku earthquake as one of the reasons why the Wii U and the 3DS handheld console’s sales have been bad.
