Nokia has announced two new mobile phones from its Asha series of affordable phones, they are the Nokia Asha 200 and the Asha 201 Mobile Phones. Both mobile phones comes with an four row QWERTY keyboard for quick and easy text input, they both feature a 2.4-inch QVGA display with a 320×240 pixel resolution, they get a basic 1-Megapixel camera as well as integrated social networking support and Nokia applications pre-loaded.
The devices measures 115.4 x 61.1 x 14.0 mm and weighs in at 105g when the battery is included. The Asha 200 comes with Dual-SIM support and features Nokia’s technology that enables the user to swap SIM cards without powering off the device, and even provision different settings for each SIM cards. The Asha 201 is basically the single SIM version and carries the same features. Both devices run the Series 40 platform and supports GSM/EDGE 900/1800 network. Nokia will kick off sale on both devices in Q4 for approximately 60 Euro and they will be available in multiple color options.
