Nokia had plans to release the PureView 9.1 in Q3 of 2019. After fans voicing concerns regarding the poor camera performance on the Nokia 9 PureView, HMD Global has decided to delay the launch of the upcoming Nokia 9.1 PureView and fix the issues.
In addition to poor camera performance, many did not like the fact that the handset sported an outdated flagship SoC. The upcoming Nokia 9.1 PureView will correct all the mistakes according to NokiaPowerUser’s recent report.
The delay came after HMD Global decided to do more work on the camera capabilities to make sure they don’t encounter the same issues with the camera as before.
Nokia 9.1 PureView: What to Expect
The information isn’t confirmed by HMD Global, however, sources close to the company are still hopeful that the phone will be launched sometime in Q4 of 2019.
Nokia fans boys and girls can also expect 5G capability on the upcoming Nokia 9.1 PureView Smartphone.
NokiaPowerUser report also stated that the upcoming Nokia 9.1 PureView might adopt a Nokia X71 punch-like display and prototypes have been spotted with the display.
Nokia 9.1 PureView is also expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 and will run the new Android Q right out the box.
