Olympus recently unveiled its new VG-145 that comes with a 5X optical zoom and its SZ-11 that sports a stylish design with its 20x optical zoom in Japan. Olympus America also made a new announcement, introducing the new SP-810UZ another impressive 14-Megapixel Point-and-Shoot Camera that features a unique designed body with a 36x optical zoom which happens to be the world’s longest for a compact digital camera.
Like the others previously released, the Olympus SP-810UZ also comes with a 3-inch LCD display, it also has a 3D shooting mode and a wide angle 1:2.9-5.7 24-864mm lens which is to be thanked for its amazing 36x optical zoom capability.
Other than shooting still quality and 3D images, it also has the ability to record 720p HD videos, Face Detection, Pet Detection, Intelligent Auto Mode, Dual Image Stabilization, enhanced ISO sensitivity, Shadow Adjustment Technology and TruePic III+ image processor. The Olympus SP-810UZ will be available in Black starting September for the price of $329.99
