Optoma announced the launch of the new HD23, an Home Entertainment Projector that is based on DLP display technology, it delivers a 1920×1080 Full HD resolution on its projected images with 2500 ANSI lumens brightness, up to 5000:1 contrast ratio and a 500:1 ANSI contrast. The projector also offers up to 4000 hours of lamp life and it features the BrilliantColor multi-color processing technology to bring vibrant colors.

Other specifications of the Optoma HD23 includes a throw ratio of 1.5-1.8, it features vertical keystone correction and has two HDMI 1.3, a component, composite and VGA inputs. The new Optoma HD23 Full HD Home Entertainment Projector is expected to be launched on the UK market and it will also support a +12V OUT for Screen Triggering output.
