Panasonic has announced a new set of cameras to its LUMIX S-series, these compact cameras are the LUMIX DMC-S3 and DMC-S1 Digital Cameras. They both have a rounded shaped design that will fit perfectly in your pocket or in the palm of your hand. They also both features a 28mm wide angle 4x optical zoom lens, a 28mm wide angle 4x optical zoom lens for previewing your recorded content, powered by Venus Engine VI image processor which delivers a fast response time and quality images. Both cameras also has the capability to record 720p HD videos at 30fps.
The difference between the two is that the LUMIX DMC-S3 comes with a 14.1-Megapixel Sensor and the LUMIX DMC-S1 comes with a 12.1 Megapixel Sensor. They also features advanced features including Intelligent Auto (iA) technologies, such as MEGA OIS optical image stabilization, Intelligent ISO control, Face Detection and Intelligent Scene Selector.
