Panasonic just unveiled its new line of digital cameras from its Lumix series, the Lumix DMC-SZ5. The new SZ5 comes equipped with a 3-inch LCD display which enables the user to preview captured images, it also features a wide variety of connectivity options including WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, DLNA and smartphone compatibility.
The Lumix DMC-SZ5 features a stylish design and a compact form factor, it sports a 14-Megapixel image sensor that capture quality images as well as 720p HD videos, a 25mm wide-angle LEICA DC VARIO-ELMER lens with 10x optical zoom and powered by the Venus Engine. It’s WiFi connectivity enables the user to transfer images/videos to other devices or computers easily, and stream and share images and videos with DLNA-enabled devices such as Panasonic’s Smart Viera HDTVs wirelessly.
It also comes with the new LUMIX LINK app that allows users to do Live View and control the zoom and shutter of the camera directly from your Android or iOS device. It also enables the sharing of photos and videos to social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
