Pentax has announced the Optio I-10, an old-fashion looking point-and-shoot digital camera. It comes equipped with a 12.1 CCD megapixel sensor and a 2.7-inch LCD display screen for pre-viewing you images and videos.
The retro digicam can record 720p HD videos in 1280×720 pixel resolution, then saves them on its 26.7MB of built-in memory or the memory that was expanded using a SD or SDHC memory card. Features of the camera includes a gyro-based image stabilizer, up to 6400 ISO sensitivity, a 5x optical zoom and face detection.
The Pentax Optio I-10 Retro Point-and-shoot Camera is scheduled for a release in February 2010 for a price of 26,000 Yen or approximately US$289
