Philips was at the CE Week 2011 in New York and they unveiled their new range of audio solutions for the home. These includes its new range of Fidelio SoundSphere Audio Docking Speakers with AirPlay, Headphones and its range of Wireless HD Net Connect device. The Fidelio SoundSphere Speakers are ideal for both the home or even while on-the-go, it features AirPla and Philips’ FullSound technology which will restore sonic details to compressed music files for a much more natural, deeper and wider sound impression.
The Fidelio SoundSphere Speakers are compatible with iOS devices and allows users to stream music wirelessly to the iPhone, iPod or iPad. It also ships with a remote control that enables the user to skip to their favorite track while the device is docked, it will be available in a range of styles with prices ranging from $229.99 – $799.99.
They also unveiled the O’Neill line headphones which is aimed at music enthusiasts, it was constructed with ultra-durable and temperature-resistant materials which ensure strength and flexibility. The O’Neill line headphones will also be available in a range of styles with prices ranging from $24.99 – $99.99.
Finally, there is the Philips Wireless HD Net Connect which is a box that will allow the user to stream HD videos and audio to your HDTV wirelessly. The Wireless HD Net Connect utilizes the uses of an HDMI port on your laptop or PC to stream content to your HDTV without the use of wires and it delivers an 1080p resolution. The Wireless HD Net Connect from Philips is expected on the market later this year or early 2012 with a suggest market price of $299.99.
