PS Vita will not get price cut in the U.S.

We have some bad news for our readers in the U.S. A few days before the PlayStation 4 reveal, news came out of Japan that the Sony PS Vita would be getting a price cut, unfortunately not for the U.S. market. Sony Worldwide Studios’ president Shuhei Yoshida revealed that there are no plans for the PS Vita to get a price drop.

PS Vita Gaming ConcoleJapan will be getting a price cut indeed, but the it seems that the reason why the U.S. will not be following suit, its due to the exchange rate in that country, which don’t affect other regions. Well considering how much Sony plans to integrate the PS Vita with the PlayStation 4, a price cut around the holidays would be a highly anticipated one.
